The 5-Stage Lining Process

Sound Membrane

25dB-rated thermal sound-deadening membrane on all single-skin areas.

Thermal Barrier

7mm closed-cell foam with reflective foil backing to regulate temperature.

Bulk Insulation

100% recycled bulk insulation in walls and door cavities.

CNC Panels

Custom CNC-cut plywood panels fitted to sides and doors, taped for neat edges.

Carpet Finish

Full sides carpeted in a single piece for a smooth, coach-style finish.

Can I choose the carpet colour?

Yes — we offer a selection of colours to match your interior.

Can you carpet the cab or rear doors?

Yes, optional cab door sound deadening and full door carpeting are available.

Do I need removable panels for wiring?

Usually not — we can leave conduits or run wiring during conversions.

How long does it take?

Typically 1–3 days depending on van size and extras.
